As a member or to use locatestyle products and/or services you are required to provide links from any of your sites to locatestyle.

locatestyle is not responsible for any consequential/incidental damages, losses, injury or data corruption including but not limited to hacking, tampering or unauthorized use of your account. locatestyle retains the right to take legal action, and solve legal disputes as per the laws of The United States of America, in cases including but not limited to suspicion of fraud or misuse of the site. locatestyle is not obligated to take any actions when a complaint is made about fraud or otherwise. All decisions made by locatestyle and its site administrators are final. In any case of a linguistic dispute of these terms, the most current English version shall always prevail.
In any event where a term of this agreement fails to be valid or enforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain intact.
